Our little one turned 4-months-old while we were in California so he's actually about 4.5 months in these pics. Parker is such a sweet and happy boy! He rarely cries, smiles all the time, and continues to be quite the talker. On May 31st he weighed 17 lbs 10 oz and was 27 inches long. His little dot barely made it on the chart for weight and he's still off the chart for length. During this month Parker went on his first plane ride (he did awesome) and laughed for the first time--melts my heart every time! He is really into holding toys and batting at the hanging sea creatures in his aquarium playmat. He thinks mirrors are pretty fun too! There are huge smiles and laughs every time we look in one! Parker is all about his hands. He sucks on them all the time! Parker also met many family members from the Bentley side and the Freed (Jonathan's mom's maiden name) side...special memories.

Big Brother, Little Brother
Grandpa and Memaw and Papa and GG bought Camden and Parker "Big Brother" and "Little Brother" shirts. Here are a few shots of the boys sporting them. Thanks to all four of you!
Activity Center
Parker is a champ at holding up that big ol' head of his (JB and I make 'em with big noggins)! So, we decided it was time to put him in the activity center. Here are some photos from his first experience...
Big Kids
We live in a great neighborhood! There are a lot of families, people are very friendly, the streets aren't busy, and the list goes on! The kids in the neighborhood are all elementary school age (the youngest ones are going into second grade), but they all love Camden! They are so great with him! They are very patient, loving, and encouraging. It's so cute! We feel like our little guy is growing up so fast as it is, but when the doorbell rings and the kids say, "Can Camden play?" it makes us feel that way even more! Camden loves them too! He gets really excited when he sees them. At least once a day he holds his hand up to his ear and says, "Hear that Mommy? Kinda sounds like my friends!"

A Ball and a Block
Parker is such a happy baby! He smiles all the time, but he is extra happy when he has something to hold! He tries to grab everything...toys, hands, his "eletent" (the cover we put over his carrier), faces, hands, books, the dropper when he's taking his vitamins and reflux medicine, the straps on his car seat, and the list goes on! Here is Parker with a ball and a block to hold, making this happy boy even happier!
