ONE positive pregnancy test (okay 4), ONE correct prediction...it's a boy, ONE unexpected admission to the hospital, ONE sentence from the doc, "You're going to have this baby," ONE intense labor, ONE life-changing moment, ONE year ago. On October 3 we celebrated the birth of our sweet baby boy. I can't believe our tiny 6 pound 10 ounce babe is now a ONE-year-old! He is a talker, but doesn't say too many "real" words yet: dada, mama, ba (ball), and daw (dog). Lately it's been a lot of "ooo" and "oh" as he's pointing to something he wants/sees. He can sign airplane, more, light, book, and milk (there are a few others he uses inconsistently). He is cruising a bit along the furniture, but doesn't seem to be in a hurry to start walking. Camden loves to take his books off of the bookshelf, play with "nesting" toys, bath time, books, sharing his food/cup/toys, being outside, climbing up the stairs, dancing, songs (especially "If You're Happy and You Know It...), taking things out and *sometimes* putting them back, going to My Gym, hanging upside down, playing peek-a-boo, bouncing on his booty and much more! We continue to love him more every day and he keeps us constantly smiling and laughing. We are so blessed and thankful for our ONE-year-old.
