Aunt Krista

Jonathan's step-sis, Krista, came to visit the three of us the day after Jeremy and Sara left. We were so thankful she was willing to make the trip out and it was great having her here. She was nice enough to help us with meals and was more than willing to hold Camden at any time. :)  She also hooked the little man up with shoes, boots, a blanket, and lots of cute clothes.  Thanks for everything, Krista!  Come back soon! 

Uncle Jer and Aunt Sar

Camden had more visitors!  Uncle Jeremy and Aunt Sara stopped by on their way back from Nashville (where they will be moving next month!).  We were super happy to have them here...even though it was only for one night.  Cam loved the back rubs from Aunt Sara and had fun throwing his head around for Uncle Jeremy!  It was so fun to see them love on our little guy.  Thanks again for coming guys.

Grandpa and Grandma Bentley

Grandpa and Grandma Bentley came to visit us last week.  It was great to have them here to meet Camden.  He loved cozying up and sleeping on them.  You can tell they are excited to be grandparents (we are excited Camden has them as grandparents). They even watched the little guy so Jonathan and I could go on a date.  Thanks for coming you two.  Visit again soon!  We love you!

We have a 1 month old folks!

Everyone says it goes fast and they are not kidding!  As of November 3, our little man is a month old!  We cannot believe it! He is amazing and changing by the minute...or so it seems!  We are in love.  Holding, snuggling, kissing, singing, talking, walking, swaying, tickling---we love it all!

Happy birthday to our fabulous sis-in-law!  We hope you have a wonderful 30th birthday!  We are so thankful for you and how much you have blessed our lives.  So excited to see you in a few days!

Happy Halloween!

Halloween is pretty tiring!

Grandma Bentley gave me a sweet mohawk.

Sidenote: I'm 4 weeks old today!  Mommy and daddy thought they would be in the hospital right now waiting for my arrival, but here I am! I went to the doctor today and I weigh 8 pounds 9 ounces!  I'm starting to fill out in my cheeks and I'm getting a few rolls here and there.  In the past few days mom and dad have also noticed that I look bigger in my carrier and some of my hats and clothes are even too small!  I'll be walking before they know it!  Have a fun Halloween everyone!  I'll wear a costume next year...remember, my parents didn't think I was going to be here yet so they didn't buy me one this year.  Love you all! 

I'm 3 weeks old (as of yesterday)

I'm already 3 weeks old!  My parents love me more and more every day.  Here's an update about how I'm doing...

-I don't pee as often while dad is changing my diaper, I usually wait until right after I get out of the bathtub to do any kind of bathroom stuff.

-I had to go to the doctor because I was making a lot of grunting noises and spitting up.  Mom and dad thought the noises were cute until they found out it's GERD.  Now I have to take this nasty medicine to help the reflux.  My parents (especially mom) hate the fact that they have to give me something other than mom's milk, but hopefully it works soon because I'm pretty uncomfortable.

-I stay awake more often and for longer periods of time now.  I like to check out the toys mom and dad put next to me while I lay there.

-I'm a pretty good eater.  When I went to the doctor they said my weight is perfect!  I'm up to 7 pounds 8 ounces which means I'm gaining more than an ounce a day!

-I'm getting really excited because Grandpa and Grandma Bentley are coming on Wednesday and Uncle Jeremy and Aunt Sara will be here soon too.

I think that's all for now.  I'll keep you posted about how I'm feeling. Thanks for your phone calls, comments and emails about how cute I am! :)
